Mojito

3 shots white rum
½ shot lime
mint leaves
sugar water
club soda

Mixing Instructions
Put the mint leaves, lime juice and sugar water in a glass, and mush the mint leaves until you get a muddles liquid. Strain into glass over ice, add rum and club soda.

Optional Garnish: Mint leaves.

	Blue Hawaiian
	1½ shot white rum 1½ shot blue Curacao 1 shot coconut milk pineapple juice

	Glass Type: Highball Mixing Instructions Add rum, blue Curacao, and coconut milk into martini shaker, add ice to fill shaker. Put drink into blender, blend until smooth. Put into glass, and fill with pineapple juice. Optional Garnish: Maraschino cherry, pineapple slice. Back to Drink Recipes

	2 shots rum ¼ can of Bacardi frozen strawberry mix 4-5 strawberries Ice

	Pina Colada
	1 shot white rum ½ shot coconut rum 1 shot milk pineapple juice

	Glass Type: Highball Mixing Instructions Add all ingredients to a martini shaker on ice. Shake. Strain into glass on ice. Optional Variation: Put ingredients into blender instead of shaker for a frozen drink. Optional Garnish: Pineapple slice or orange slice. Back to Drink Recipes
